How to: Delete a print job.
Solution:
In the 'Printer' window, double-click the appropriate printer icon, select the 'Document' menu, and select 'Cancel Printing'.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'. (The 'Printers' window appears.)

3) Double-click the desired printer. (The printer queue opens.)
4) Select the print job to delete. (The print job is highlighted.)
5) Select the 'Document' menu and select 'Cancel Printing'.
6) Select the 'Printer' menu and select 'Close' to exit the printer queue.
7) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to exit the 'Printers' window.
